Enable Flyout Bar - The flyout bar is enabled when this is checked.
Delay (in milliseconds) - Indicates how many milliseconds the mouse should hover over the Flyout Bar before it activates, and how many milliseconds the mouse should be out of the Flyout Bar before it deactivates. The default is 2000, or 2 seconds.
Note: This feature is not available in Castalia for Delphi 8, Delphi 2005, or Delphi 2006.
