Refactoring Hotkey: Specifies a hotkey that can be pressed while editing code that will display the refactoring menu.
Allow potentially unsave form operations: When selected, Castalia will not check to see if a refactoring will break event handlers or fields of a form that are managed by Delphi. Generally, these elements should be changed through the object inspector.
